This is one of my favorite Clematis. It’s called Daniel Deronda. it only flowers once a year – in the late spring or early summer, but oh, those blooms are gorgeous! I love their velvet like petals.

What a beautiful picture of a truly gorgeous flower! I have become absolutely enamored of the clematis – it is one of the most versatile and beautiful vines and can be used almost anywhere.
