Breath of Life Photography

I was taking a photo of this rose, Breath of Life, when a wasp or hornet was heading towards it for a visit. I didn’t notice the wasp as I took the photo so it was a nice surprise to see that I’d captured it in the photograph.

    I made a comment in my blog (see http://bluemountainsjournal.blogspot.com/2007/02/cheerful-weeds.html) that I am nearly always surprised by bugs appearing in my flower shots.

    None of them have every appeared as beatifully placed as yours. And my yellow flower is not a patch on the daisy photo you posted today.
