My lavender is beginning to grow again. It looks kind of strange. There are parts of the plant that look dead, but at the top of each branch there’s new fuzzy green growth.
The plant doesn’t look very nice yet from afar, but in closeup like this I think it’s quite pretty.

I’m actually an avid photographer myself, and I love wildlife and nature shots. This one has some great detail, but I think I might like it slightly better if you isolate a little more. Especially to remove that blur from the bottom right corner, that’s where my eye wants to go when I look at this picture because corners are so powerful.

Yes. I usually break a few sprigs when I am doing yard work.
I put it in my pocket and the aroma keeps me mellow.
