This tulip has variegated (white and green) buds and leaves. I believe this tulip is the Canada Tulip. It’s bloomed now and the flowers are red and white.
It’s quite a pretty plant both in bud and in bloom.

The back lit leaves on the right hand side are the most interesting aspect of the photo. Did you take multiple frames of the tulip or just this one?
