I took this photo of pink hyacinths in my garden as they were just starting to bloom about three weeks ago. Unfortunately the flowers are long gone now.
The weather is finally starting to warm up here in Toronto and the rest of my flowers – ones that bloom most of the summer season, all have buds on them and they will begin to bloom shortly. I can’t wait. It’s a beautiful time of year.

That’s so pretty. Love the streaks of pink and white in the flowers.

Gorgeous photo – I love the bokeh in this one. The creamy, soft, but colorful out of focus background is a great touch. I like the way it’s nicely blurred, but not beyond the point of recognition.
