I think this flower is Jewelweed.
Chris and I were on a hike in the woods here in Toronto and growing beside the bank of a shallow creek I there were several clumps of these flowers.
They had such a delicate light purple color! Simple gorgeous. Bumble Bees were hovering around the flowers collecting pollen.

This is a beautiful shot.
I am loving the purple tone of flower and its contrast with the green and black, excellent shot it is. What camera do you use? I can see the high quality pixels.

Thank you! The camera that I used to take that shot is a Cannon SLR EOS 30D. It’s very easy to use and the lens has a built in image stabilizer so I find that most of my shots are decent.
