The Milkweed Husks are all gone now, but I couldn’t resist one last shot of fall at it’s purest.
We had some snow on the ground for a week or so, but it melted away. However it’s getting quite cold again so I expect we’ll have some snow within a few days.

Awesome picture. Out of curiousity did you use macro and a tripod or take it freehand?
