When I saw this tree in the forest while taking our dog for a walk I thought it was interesting. I love how it’s branches twist around the trunk. The branches doen’t all go in the same direction so it can’t be caused by wind or other forces of natures.  It’s just odd, but kind of interesting at the same time.

I love trees in all of their gnarly wonders. Great shot.

That tree is nice, and looks a lot like the ones in the woods near my father’s house… But what really fascinates me about the image is the ability to see the ground (not covered by snow and ice). I guess April is just around the corner, though, haha.

Thats a great photo and an unusual tree. I love the outdoors–natures sights beat any manmade scene. I’m no longer able to get out (bad health), enjoy looking at nature photos.
