You know summer is here when the clematis and roses begin to bloom and oh what lovely blooms they are! The photo above is of one of my favorite Clematis flowers. Yes you are seeing double. I planted my Daffodils close together and when they bloom the flowers are all in clusters of two or three or more. It’s lovely. I love these tiny Spring flowers. From a distance they appear to be purple, but when you get up close or take a macro photograph like the one above each tiny blossom appears to be more of a Sapphire blue. Lovely.
