This lovely rose is an English Rose. It’s called Graham Thomas and as you can see it has beautiful flowers … In fact, it blooms repeatedly throughout the growing season, so I can almost always enjoy the sight of it’s lovely flowers from mid-June through to late November or even early December.

This is one of my Mum’s favourite roses, she’s having her small garden redesigned at the moment but I’m pretty certain this rose will be making a reappearance. Sadly your beautiful picture cannot convey its lovely scent.

It was bred by David Austin roses, not far from us in the Midlands of England. They are in fact modern hybrid-teas, thus the repeat flowering, but all his roses have that lovely old rose appearance that gives them their grace and charm.
