This is Korean money. Our first boarder showed us some Korean money and was kind enough to give us a sample. I believe that the 1000 bill is equal to one American dollar.
I figured that there would be a lot of variations on the theme this week and I had some interesting ideas. However, I thought that many of you probably hadn’t seen Korean money before so this might be a little different. Have a great weekend!
Very nice photo! Take care. Dani
Way cool!!! I love this week’s theme.
My Saturday Photo is posted with my 2 cents worth!
You are right: I have never seen Korean money, great idea to post this pic!
Happy saturday! 🙂
Yep, you’re right there, never seen Korean money and probably never will either. so it’s very interesting to see them here!
It’s fun to see how every country most of the times really have pictures on that represent their country.
That Korean money is very interesting. It was nice of your boarder to leave it with you.
My post is up (I know you have seen the photo on Flickr).
We actually HAVE some Korean money too… from when my daughter was stationed there in the Army. But it is put away and burried beneath boxes and JUNK in the basement… and I didn’t have the gumption to go dig it out for today! GOOOOOD JOB! I’m amazed at all the different types and ways that people have displayed “money” today! It’s really a FUN theme!
Can’t say I have ever seen Korean money. Very nice picture.
I am up too.
I hadn’t seen Korean money before, thanks for sharing! Happy Saturday!
I hadn’t seen Korean money before either! 🙂 I played too.
You are right. We have lots of money from all over the world…but I don’t believe we have Korean money. COOL.
