I’ve been looking, not too hard yet, for a new web host for my three domains and all my sites. I like the features that I have with my current host but my sites go down in the middle of the night quite often and I want to have as little down time as possible for my sites. One thing that I always look for when I look at hosting companies is their support services. I like that Lunarpages offers 24/7 customer support through telephone services, and I presume online through a contact form. They also have forums and a blog where a member or potential customer could get more information or support from the team and other members. There are a number of online tutorial articles which a member can access as well.
Another thing that I want to know about is how often their servers go down. Lunarpages says that they have a 99.9% uptime and reliable servers that are housed in two data centers.
