This is a photograph of one of the many roses that I grow in my garden. This rose is called Scent_Sation and it’s a hybrid tea. It doesn’t really have much scent, but what it lacks in scent it makes up for in prolific blooms.
Once this baby gets going sometime in June each year it’s pretty much in a constant state of bloom until October or November. I believe that this past year it still had blooms on it into December since our winter was so warm. Of course those blooms weren’t doing much and looked kind of raggy but it was interesting to see.
Now, after the recent snow and ice storm, all of the roses and other plants growing in my garden are covered in a heavy layer of snow. The weather is warming though and I’m sure that many of the plants will peek out from under their snowy cover soon.

Ah, Roses always are so beautiful. The classic flower, but it holds the top stands.
So, you’re waiting for the snow too melt you too? I wonder for how long we’ll have to wait….

I can’t believe the leaves on your rose bush – no black spot? No brown leaves? You probably don’t have aphids either…. Your thumb must be as green as the leaves! It’s a lovely looking rose too 🙂

Beautiful roses! Sorry you’re still having winter. Take heart…we’re expecting 1-3 inches of snow tomorrow…I can only hope they’re wrong. At any rate, looking at your roses reminds me that we will see our flowers again!
