Sweet cats and my strange dog

October 8, 2008 by Tricia

Wordless Wednesday

adorable cat and kitten

Aw, isn’t that a sweet picture?

Ok now just to prove that I’m still a dog person, here’s a picture I took last week of my dog while we were on a hike in the park.

Midnight loves sticks, but we don’t let her play with them often because they can splinter and cause big problems. Anyway … she managed to find this old dried out dead tree and she was happy as pie.

While we were in the open areas she had fun with it, but she didn’t get far once we hit the forest trail again. Oh well .. it was fun for a few minutes.

What a great helper you have in the dog! And I love those cats’ eyes! The green and the blue are dazzling against the gray fur. 🙂

Adorable picture of the cats but I am a dog person so I LOVE the picture of your dog and “tree”. That is so something my own dog would try to carry!

    Happy WW!

That’s so funny! My dog is always picking up these huge sticks and I can’t help but wonder if he’s proud of himself thinking that he finally got the big one!! 🙂

Wow, Midnight doesn’t mess around when it comes to sticks. We used to have a mini daschund who loved sticks, and he was often dwarfed by the size of the sticks he decided to pick up 🙂

Great Pictures. I had a dog years ago that would proudly drag very large limbs and sticks to the back door, as if saying, see what i brought you!
