I think I need a holiday! Our neighbors are back to making a TON of noise and it’s driving me completely bonkers. Honestly, how can a two and a half year old make so much noise that it sounds like a baby elephant lives next door? Really!
So … I’m thinking that maybe my husband and I should book a weekend getaway. Perhaps a trip to Niagara Falls or a cabin by the lake type get away? It’s already August so hopefully we’ll b able to get a weekend rental … maybe a cabin, but I’m sure a hotel room in Niagara Falls.
I’d love to spend a weekend lazying by a quiet lake after getting up in morning from one of those big comfortable cabin beds. I think I’m going to start doing a search for cabin rentals to see if I can find just the type of place I’m looking for and book a weekend before the summer is over.

Instead of planning for an entire vacation, sometimes i like to take my car and go away for the weekend. It’s relaxing to not make so many plans – we all need some adventure from time to time.
Ah! nasty neighbors who never see the value of silence and respect their fellow neighbors. That will be very annoying if it keeps on and on and on. You should really treat your family out and fun.
Vacation will be a good idea but what if after your vacation, your neighbor will still have the same noise?
