I’ve had a lot of things on my mind today and somehow I managed to forget until now that it’s been a year since I quit smoking!
How could I have forgotten? I should have been celebrating! My husband and I (he quit a year ago too) should have had a celebration dinner – but we didn’t. We’ve certainly saved enough money by quitting over the last year to have quit a celebration. Perhaps we’ll treat ourselves this weekend.
Actually I found some great kohls coupons at dropdowndeals perhaps I should treat myself that way? Some new clothes would come in handy.
Have any of you quit smoking? Did you celebrate when you hit a year?
You have done really good thing to quite smoking keep it up.
You should definitely celebrate, I guess it’s never too late to remind yourselves of your endeavor. It’s important to be able to stay smoke-free. Maybe you can use some time during dinner to talk about how quitting smoking has made you feel better and all the other positive things that come with it.
Your willpower is extremely high. i trying to many time but i can not do. you are done very well dear.
I didn’t smoke about 6 months, but now i’ve started again. Hate myself…
Congrats! Although i’m not a smoker, i know that’s pretty hard to give up smoking from my family and friends. The second good reason for quitting, apart from health, is saving money! Smoking is becoming a luxury habit, and i’m glad that governments have come to this decision.
My Dad quit smoking a few years back and it’s the best thing he ever did. Stick with it!!!
very difficult to stop smoking….
Congratulations! That is a huge anniversary! Keep it up!
Congrats…. don’t be tempted to have the odd one will you. My wife did this and was back smoking within a week!
Congratulations. Our company offers a safer alternative to help people quit cancer sticks as well. Glad to see you have motivation to improve your daily life and health unlike a large percentage of people in America.
Good for you! I too am on the same boat. Good job to everyone who quits!
I was a very heavy smoker and finally quit when I was expecting my first child. It was one of the most difficult things I’ve ever done.
Congratulations on getting to your first smoke free year.
