Video of Hilton being removed from her home:
Paris Hilton has returned to jail. She was taken from the court earlier today screaming and crying after Superior Court Judge Michael T. Sauer ordered her to server the remainder of her 45 day sentence behind bars.
“It’s not right!” Hilton, 26, shouted as deputies approached her in the courtroom. She also called out to her mother in the audience: “Mom!” Kathy Hilton, accompanied by Paris’s father Rick, answered: “Honey!”
The judge came to his decision after hearing arguments from both the L.A. City attorney and Hilton’s Lawyers. It was decided that since the sheriffs department had not adequately submitted medical records supporting the reasons behind Hiltons transfer from jail to house arrest that she should return to jail.
Judge Sauer said, on the record “that he’d seen no evidence, no documents to support the contention that there was a medical condition.” Details of Hilton’s alleged condition were not released in court.

Isn’t it unfortunate that Paris has to suffer this way? I saw your other blog and you would be eligible for this deal twice. I think your blog is pretty awesome. I’d be glad to offer you one of my awesome, super soft Geekfitters.com shirts in exchange for a link.

Those journalists are awful. They make everything so hard for her. If she is deserved to go to jail, that doesn’t mean they should behave like that.

The experience will help her singing career, she can be the next Merle Haggard.

I want a 21 day stay at the Hilton Family home parked next to the pool. That is better than this years holiday plans for me.
Maybe that is why so many people are interested.

Tricia – Hello again. Anyway, about this whole media blitz about PH. Phooey! What if it were you or me? We’d be sent to jail in a heartbeat and, no doubt, would not have received the lenient sentence of 45 days which was changed to, what, 20+ days? I’ll say no more. I agree with a comment posted earlier – the media, be it printed, televised or put on the big screen, is to blame for a lot of things. Look what
sacrilege they’re doing with the new movie on Princess Diana. Shame, shame, shame.

The paparazzi/journalists are crazy. I was watching this on tv when it happened and a couple of them got knocked down by the police car.

I’m not sure we would do as much time:
