I’m not sure who this lady is, but I think her friends need to send a letter to that show “What not to wear” if she makes a habit of dressing like this!
The shorts … well I guess it goes without saying that they are toooooo short! Shorts like that were in style in the 70’s.
I’m also not sure if she’s wearing running shoes or low boots? What do you think?

Have you ever had one of those kinds of days when it feels like even the pigeons are against you? LOL
Actually pigeons can be pretty accurate when they manage to let go on you, perhaps they do go through some kind of training.
