The Scoop – Britney and Paris out on the town

Britney was out on the town in West Hollywood sporting a blond wig. The photo was snapped as she headed to the Roxy on Sunday. I think the style of the wig looks great on her, much better than her newly bald look.

Then there’s Paris Hilton who was also in Vegas to celebrate her 26th birthday. She partied with on again boyfriend Stavros Niarchos at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino’s Body English Night club on Saturday. Later, then went to a bowling alley to continue the festivities. Sister Nicky and her boyfriend David Katzenberg were also present.

Britney Spears shaves her head bald

It seems that Britney is about to break!

Right after she arrived in LA from her failed rehab venture she went to Tarzana salon, at around 7 p.m., and asked that they shave her head. The hairdresser refused and Britney grabbed the hair clippers and started shaving her own head. Immediately after shaving her own head Britney was in tears and blurted “‘My mom is going to freak,'” according to salon owner Esther Tognozzi.

Tognozzi described Spears as having “no expression”, however Spears did smile for the cameras when waiting photographers caught site of her newly shorn look.

The Salon didn’t charge Spears for her new look, but Tgnozzi says
“Now I’m charging $200 for the Brit-Buzz Special!”

TMZ is reporting that as soon as Britney finished shaving her own head at the salon she went over the Body & Soul Tattoo in Sherman Oaks. Britney was agitated nd a nightmare to deal with according to Tattoo shop employeed Emily Wynne-Hughes. Britney told Hughes while she was in the shop “I don’t want anyone touching me. I’m tired of everyone touching me.”

I guess getting a new tattoo etched into her skin doesn’t count as “touching her” as she ended up with two new tattoos. One is a black, white and pink cross on her hip and the other is red and pink lips on her wrist. She was charged $80 for the two tattoos that took and hour to apply.

Britney sounds like she’s about to crash – I hope she gets some help, and soon!

Britney in and out of rehab

I’m not the least bit surprised to report that Britney Spears checked into a rehab facility called Crossroads in Antiqua. What I am slightly surprised to report is that she stayed less than 24 hours!

I have to tell you that I’ve been expecting to hear news of this kind since October or November of last year. She’s been party so much and out of control.

I knew it was coming.

She entered the rehab facility two days ago.

She checked in at the urging of her friends and family after she’d been seen intoxicated in public places. Remember that story about her being “exhausted” and collapsing on New Years eve?

Uh huh.

Britney is said to on her way back to Los Angeles.

Britney is a quick change artist

Britney obviously has improvisational skills when it comes to being able to change her outfit on the fly.

Britneys been in New York tis month, and on Sunday night she arrived at the Hotspot “One” with a group of friends wearing a micro mini red dress.

“But she was complaining that she didn’t like it and wanted to change,” She was in luck. The featured go-go dancers at One invited her downstairs to try on some of their outfits when she said she liked their fishnet stockings. A few minutes later “Britney came upstairs in a dancer bikini and a white busboy jacket. And that’s what she walked out wearing.”

It’s said that Britneys evening was fairly mellow “She just hung out with these two dancers all night and kind of befriended them. She was trying on all their outfits and left in a bikini and fishnets. That’s it.”

Britney’s happy to be single

It probably comes as no surprise that Britney Spears doesn’t miss being married. On Friday, People, asked Britney what is was like being single and she replied “It’s awesome.”

Spears was in New York attending fashion shows for the Baby Phat by Kimora Lee Simmons and KLS Collections Fall 2007.

Spears posed for photographers as she arrived. She was dressed in a sexy black spaghetti-strapped dress and black peek-a-boo pumps.

Britney chatted with her assistant as models paraded around on stage in tweed outfits, double breasted coats and big fur hats. She applauded with the crowd when various designs were shown. She was over heard saying “Oh My God” when she saw model Alek Wek dressed in a colorful halter dress that dragged on the floor in back but was a mini in the front. She said the collection was amazing.

Kimora Lee Simmons, who was backstage after the show, said of Spears: “Sometimes she gets a hard rap…But she is a very talented girl.”
