Vanessa Hudgens was supposed to appear on Thursday evenings “The Tonight Show” with Jay Leno, but her appearance was canceled. No reason was given for the cancelation. This no show comes after news of naked pictures of Hudgens hitting the internet last week.
Hudgens will star in the fall and holiday 2007 and Spring 2008 ad campaigns for Red by Marc Ecko. The collection is of contemporary apparel and footwear for young women.

What’s that? Nude photo’s of Disney’s High School Musical start Vanessa Hudgens hit the internet on Thursday?
The young star, 18, currently dating Zac Efron, released a statement on Friday stating “I want to apologize to my fans, whose support and trust means the world to me. I am embarrassed over this situation and regret having ever taken these photos. I am thankful for the support of my family and friends.”
Disney hasn’t made a statement as of yet.

Peta has come out with their own list of Worst dressed stars of 2006. Nicole Ritchie got the top honor of being named the Worlds Worst Dressed celebrity because of her love of fur. Peta stated “This pelt-wearing party girl is all animal skin and bones. She’s an incredible shrinking woman with the heart to match.”
Eva Longoria also made Peta’s List with a reference to her character on Desperate Housewives activities- “You’d think she’d be more sympathetic to the plight of rabbits considering the way she screws around like one on Wisteria Lane.”
A PETA spokesperson also named Ashley Olsen as a runner up by saying “Wearing fur does add 20 pounds, but if Ashley wants to fill out her frame, we suggest using a fork instead.”
Paris Hilton, one of Nicoles BFF didn’t make the list this year. She vowed earlier this year never to wear fur again after she watched a video detailing how animals are killed for their pelts. Peta must be impressed with the socialites turn around as they are considering asking the hotel heiress to become one of their “I’d rather go naked than wear fur” models.

Pamela Anderson seems to always end up naked whenever she goes out partying in Hollywood.
The star says she prefers to stay at home in Malibu, California, with new husband Kid Rock and her two sons Brandon and Dylan, but admits that when she does visit Tinseltown, her nights out are always wild.
She told Blender magazine, “When I go to Hollywood, I start at the Chateau Marmont and then I usually end up naked in David LaChapelle’s studio taking crazy pictures. That’s usually a night for me. Four or five in the morning, lying across a car in David’s studio.”

Marcia Cross, one of the stars of the hit show Desperate housewives, has been battling to keep naked photos of herself from being published.
Two hundred snaps were reportedly discovered by a catering company hired to remove garbage from Cross’ home in Los Angeles. It’s the firm’s owner, David Hans Schmidt, who plans to sell the pictures.
Schmidt tells the New York Daily News, “There are some pictures of her showering outside. She looks absolutely gorgeous. And yes, the carpet does match the curtains.”
However, 44-year-old Cross’ legal team claim the photos were thrown away by mistake and insist they still belong to her and husband Tom Mahoney. She is demanding their return.
Schmidt,confident he has the law behind him, and hints “The pictures were not stolen. When you throw something away, you forfeit that property. We recognize the copyright issue, but US copyright law stops at the border.” Does this mean that he will try to sell the sexy photographs overseas?
Schmidt, after finding Cross’ tax return in her trash knows how wealthy she is so he’s offered to let her buy the photos back. Schmidt adds, “I’m not looking to mortify Ms. Cross. I just want the most money for my client. I know how much she made, but out of respect for Ms. Cross, I won’t discuss it.”
