Miss USA Tara Conner is now saying that she’s an alcohol and since getting some treatment in rehab she’s “a completely different person, My life has completely changed,” she said Friday. “I’m a completely different person out of rehab. Before I entered rehab I hardly knew who I was. I felt like I was floating and I just needed someone to pull me down.”
Ok come on. One month of rehab doesn’t reform a person. Give me a break! I do hope for her sake that rehab helped but it takes a long time to change your habits.
The 21 year old Miss USA went into rehab in Pennsylvania on December 21st, coincidentally that was 3 days after she turned 21 and became eligable to drink legally. She spent a total of 31 days in rehab.
“I didn’t think I had any kind of issue going into rehab. I even said, ‘I’ll get some free therapy,’ or something like that – and that was so ridiculous,” says Conner. “But I’ve realized I do have an issue. I suffer from the disease of alcoholism and addiction. And if there’s anything that I want people to know it’s the severity of this disease and what it can do to people.”
You might remember that she almost lost her title of Miss USA after reports of her wild partying hit the news, but Donald Trump gave her a second chance.
If you were walking down the street and passed this woman would you believe that she is Courtney Love? She’s had some different looks in her time but I’ve never seen her looking like a blonde, blinded zombie before. Or have I? Hard to say.
Britney Spears still has her youth and she doesn’t look too bad, but she’d better watch it. It looks like her skins taking a beating, are those pimply bumps I see on her left forehead and cheek? She should watch all the late nights and partying too, otherwise she might soon begin to look like good ol’ Courtney!
Here’s an interesting match up. These bare faced diva’s have been around for about the same length of time. Which one do you think looks worse without makeup? Barbra Streisand or Diana Ross?
Ross’ hair is wild in this picture and she’s looking her age, but she’s smiling and showing that spirit that we love.
Then there’s Bab’s looking like “any woman” on a shopping errand. You’d never know just how big a star she really is when you look at this photo!
I would never have thought a star would look on the internet for love, but Alec Baldwin has said he might dip into the online dating scene. At least that’s what he said when being interviewed for the February issue of glamour.
“I could post my picture and say, ‘People tell me I look like Alec Baldwin.’ They’ll go, ‘Oh, I hate him’ or ‘Who the hell is he?’ ”
Badwin, 48, has been linked to various women since his break up with his ex Kim Basinger. Some of the women include Kristin Davis and Lawyer Nicole Seidel.
“You meet people who are great, but they’re not who you want to turn the lights out with,” he says of life as a single man. He said that he’d like to feel the kind of love that he had with Basinger, even though he’s now in a custody battle with her over their 11 year old daughter Ireland.
“I would love to marry. I want to be in love again,” Baldwin says. “I was in love when I was married, I’m not ashamed to say. I used to wake up in the morning and just look at (Kim) and say, ‘What do you want for breakfast, baby? Special K with blueberries? Let me go get some.’ ”
When asked if he’s interested in having more children with the right woman “Yes,” he replies. “The only time I’m truly happy is with my daughter. I can’t think that this is my only shot at fatherhood.”
