Two crew members suffered minor injuries. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The production took the appropriate steps following the incident to ensure the safety of the cast and crew,&#8221; the studio said in the statement.<\/p>\n<p>The accident occurred shortly before 12:25 a.m. in downtown Los Angeles. An ambulance was sent to the scene, but not needed.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;There were no life-threatening injuries,&#8221; the Los Angeles Fire Department said in a statement. &#8220;They conducted a medical exam but the persons involved sought their own medical attention.&#8221;<\/p>\n<!--CusAds--><p>Kidman&#8217;s husband, Keith Urban, was on set at the time, photos show.
