The battery charges were the result of an encounter that Brown had in a Florida beauty supply shop.<\/p><!--CusAds-->\n<p>  Brown had been in the shops bathroom applying beauty products when the owner tried to close up shop. Foxy, allegedly, threw a tantrum and threw hair glue at the stores owner.
