No other information has been given out at this time, but Owen, 38, is recovering in Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles and he&#8217;s issued a statement that pleads for privacy asking that he be allowed to &#8220;receive care and heal in private during this difficult time.&#8221;<\/p><!--CusAds-->\n<div class=\"0ef8bfa44cafabceb297ac3097736deb\" data-index=\"1\" style=\"float: right; margin:0px 0 0px 0px;\">\n<script type=\"text\/javascript\"><!--\r\ngoogle_ad_client = \"pub-3375789278566919\";\r\n\/* Celebrity_inpost_300x250 *\/\r\ngoogle_ad_slot = \"1568606040\";\r\ngoogle_ad_width = 300;\r\ngoogle_ad_height = 250;\r\n\/\/-->\r\n<\/script>\r\n<script type=\"text\/javascript\"\r\nsrc=\"http:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/show_ads.js\">\r\n<\/script>\n<\/div>\n\n<p>The only other news regarding Owen Wilson came out yesterday when Variety reported that Wilson has dropped out of the movie &#8220;Tropic Thunder&#8221; which is being made by DreamWorks.<\/p>\n<p>Owen was set to begin shooting in early September with his long time pal and regular movie co-star Ben Stiller.<\/p>\n<p>There&#8217;s no word yet if Wilson&#8217;s role will be given to another or if his character will be dropped from the film.<\/p>\n<!--CusAds--><p>I&#8217;ve always liked Owen Wilson.
