This is my garden

People have been asking for pictures of my garden as a whole, so here are a few pictures that I took way back in 2003.

I have 60 rose bushes between the front and backyard gardens with the majority of them being in the backyard. However, since these photos are from 2003 the roses had not yet reached maturity. They are perhaps 2 feet tall. Now, most of the roses are 4 feet tall or larger. Some are almost small tree size!

This is an overhead view from an upstairs window. Approximately 1/3 of the garden is not seen in the photo:

Here’s a ground view of the middle to back of the garden on the left, and the patio area on the right:

I don’t think that I have ever been to this blog before. Have I?

Your garden is beautiful. It reminds me of my grandmother’s and her friends’ gardens from when I was a child. It takes a lot of love and tender care to have such a beautiful garden.

    BE vote, btw!

I been thinking of doing the same with my garden as gardens around the world can be so different. Yours looks like a great place to sit back and relax with a cuppa. Thanks for sharing.

You guys have done a great job on the gardens.
That shows hundreds of hours of work.

Isn’t it lovely to be able to transform the city lots into a menagery?
