Wordless Wednesday
I took all of these photos in early September. The garden was looking magnificent at the time.
The heat of summer was calming and we’d been getting enough rain that combined with regular watering all the plants were in fine form.
The flowers- from left to right – are a gorgeous pink cactus dahlia, a hybrid sunflower, Sedum Autumn Joy blooms, white fragrant nicotina and the one that you can barely see on the bottom is the seed head of a datura flower.
Have a great Wednesday!

What gorgeous pics! Our garden was at its best in Sept too… just enough rain… not too hot and the Japanese Beetles were history!

These are GREAT! I’d print them all out and plaster my walls with those photos. Help me get through the upcoming winter months, brrrrr…. 😉
I’ve posted my Wordless Wednesday, too. Enjoy!
