    Thanks for sharing this really informative information on curing acid reflux naturally. I share the same thought with you about going natural in curing acid reflux. Although I haven’t tried taking herbal medicines, I’ve been practicing preventive methods such as eating healthy foods, staying away from alcoholic beverages and even changing my sleeping habits to help minimize the symptoms of acid reflux.

    Knowing the root causes of your heartburn/acid reflux is important to eliminate your acid reflux permanently. Some people like me, get acid reflux actually having low stomach acid content

    Always good to hear about natural products for treating heartburn and acid reflux. Too many people just take antacids and prescription meds without looking for healthier alternatives
