This weeks Theme is Soft

Three friends

Aw, aren’t these three the sweetest little things?

I don’t know about you, but there’s something about baby ducks. They just always look so sweet, and soft. I haven’t held a baby duck for a long time but if I remember correctly they’re very soft to the touch.

Baby duckies are so soft and puffy. There’s just something so appealing about them. 🙂

You just reminded me of the baby ducks that we held at the fair last year. They were incredibly soft and their little bones felt so fragile in my hands. They were truly like holding one of God’s miracles.

The puppy is no slouch in the soft department either. Soon it will be time for the Canadian geese ducklings to start showing up. Around here they work in groups of three …. one leads the long line of babies waddling across the street, one stand in the middle of the street as they cross and a third brings up the rear to catch any who stray. It is a comical sight to see these babies and their moms stop traffic.
