Tackling a bathroom remodel can be quite an ambitious project. With two bathrooms, I would think one has their plate quite full. Best of luck, hope it turns out as you had hoped!
I hope you don’t plan on reno-ing both bathrooms at the same time? You might be in a bit of a fix there :).
You are brave to have a go at 2 bathrooms at once, but renovating yourself at least gives you control over the bathrooms and won’t leave you high and dry without facilities. We have just had a quote for someone else to do ours but it was too high so we are compromising with what we do at present. hope yours goes well and that you get the finish you are after. those fitments look good.

Nothing beats having a sauna at your home whether in the basement or outside. Then along with nice visual restfulness with your surroundings, you also get the deep body relaxation.
