The Love Birds

by Tricia

Wordless Wednesday

I’m not a very big fan of pigeons – I certainly had enough of them living on balcony when we had an apartment (that’s when i finally got to see a baby pigeon).

There’s enough of them in this area too – swooping down eating the seed I put out for other birds … but this photo sure is cute!

I’ll try to remember this picture the next time I’m pulling out my water gun to scare the pigeons out of my garden. 😉

How I love this! We all have so many pigeons around and we forget that they too can have priceless, unique moments.

    Beautiful shot!

i agree with you, these love birds are hard to resist (no matter how annoying they can be)… how i wish i could witness something like this… but the pigeons in our garden are so cautious and elusive that they fly away as soon as thye see a movement or hear a sound (even just the fluttering of window curtains!)

Understand about not being a fan – in NYC, they are known as “rats with wings” LOL

Some birds can really show the depthness of love and affection so nicely.
