What's blooming today?

Hey everyone! Did you know that my other blog Tricia’s Musings is turning one year old? It’s the blog that started it all and spawned about 8 blogs and counting!
To celebrate I’m having a blog party beginning at midnight EST on Sunday January 21st. Come and comment, have fun with the other visitors. There will of course be cake, and drinks, and ice garden and ice bar, and ohhhh a hot tub too!

Looks like we have to delay our tin ceiling going in for another week. We were going to have two friends come over for the weekend to help us. Well mainly to help Chris ’cause I’m not up to renovating these days.
Unfortunately our friends can’t come to help this weekend.
I think it’s actually turned out well because as I said I’m not feeling well and I’m not sure that I’d want out of town guest for two days and my living room dining room area’s in an uproar as the ceiling went up.
I am looking forward to it being done, but we’ve waited this long already. What’s one more week?

You know my very first computer was a 386 computer and I think it only had a 500 mb hard drive or something like that. Now these tiny products like the Apple iPhone have storage capacities that would be equal to 16 of my original computers? My my how technology has changed.
Yes that’s right, the new Apple iPhone has 8 gb of storage space! The Apple Iphone won’t be available until this coming June but it’s already making quite the buzz.
There is no other phone quite like it in the world. Features that I like about the upcoming iphone include the touch-screen interface which I’m sure will increase user satisfaction, it’s slim profile, and it’s sleek design. It can be used as a wide screen ipod for viewing videos or playing music. It’s also a multimedia smart phone. I think this is going to be an amazing new product that will change the way we look at cell phones forever.
