Boost your cats immune system

by Tricia

I used to do a lot of pet rescue and as a result I’ve ended up caring for many animals that had health problem related to the poor care given to them by their previous owners, or health problems that developed over time and weren’t taken care of properly before I rescued the animals.

Most of the rescue work that I’ve done has involved reptiles- one of the most poorly cared for and mistreated animals since they are often impulse purchases by people who have no idea of how to care for these very specialized animals. However, pet abuse and mis-care happens with birds, cats and dogs too. It’s something we hear about far too often in the news for my tastes.

As a result of my taking in so many sick animals I know how important it is to have products available in the home that will not only help cure an illness but ones that will help prevent future illnesses.

That’s why I wanted to tell all the cat owners and cat lovers who read this page about ES Clear for Cat Cancer. A with most animals, humans included, cancer counts for a large number of health related deaths.

What if you had a product that could strengthen your cats immune system and thus perhaps prevent the formation of cancer tumors and other illnesses by making the cats own defense mechanisms work properly, or perhaps a product that might give your animal a fighting chance if you were to begin using it shortly after your cats diagnosis with Cancer?

Well, that’s what the ES Clear product is all about. It will help prevent disease in your beloved pet or help him or here fight off serious illnesses. You only need to give your cats a few drops a day, depending on it’s weight, in order to help your cats immune system grow stronger.

ES Clear for cats is an all natural product. Check out the site and see if it’s right for your animal care needs.

Why do we garden?

by Tricia

I think there are many reasons why some of us choose to garden and I’d love to hear what you can add to my list, and your reasons for adding them.

I began my small garden with the hopes of growing vegetables and fruits in my yard. Not only to cut down some of the cost of purchasing food for ourselves, but also to provide my family with the freshest and most nutritious food items that I could. There is nothing like eating a freshly picked tomato is there?

Another reason why I like to grow some of my own food is that I know exactly what it’s been exposed to. Nothing.

I don’t use chemicals on my garden, and because my fruit and vegetables are picked and eaten fairly quickly under very sanitary conditions I know that, unlike some of the fruit and veggies that are sold in the grocery stores (spinach and strawberries for example) that my produce is free from food borne contaminants such as e-coli.

Another reason to garden is that it’s good exercise. Particularly for the obsessed like myself. When I get out in my garden, and I’m in the mood to work, I can be out there for 8 or more hours at a time. I come inside and I’ve earned the right to be tired. I sleep better. I feel a little bit healthier and my muscles get a work out too.

Moderate gardening for one hour can burn 300 to 400 calories!

Exercise is good for the bones too, so therefore gardening helps reduce osteoporosis.

Another reason I enjoy gardening- besides having so many lovely flowers and plants to enjoy eating and or looking at, is that my garden relaxes me. The act of gardening is good for my soul. It puts me at peace with the world even after the most stressful of days.

Gardening also gives me another area to entertain friends and family too. What better place to gather for a nice meal and some good wine with friends than in a lovely garden. Now that’s living.

Have you made any new years resolutions yet?

by Tricia

So folks, have you made any New Years Resolutions yet? Are you going to keep the ones you make? I’ve made a few and I think that I’ve found a way that might help me keep them. You see, there’s a site on the internet called 10millionresolutions.com and when you visit that site they give you the opportunity to post your resolutions online.

It’s quite simple really, and I think it’s an interesting idea. They hope to change the world- one resolution at a time. All you need to do, if you’d like to post your resolution is go to the site and fill in the line that says “Enter your resolution and receive a free goal setting tool kit”. Just click on that area and type in your resolution. It will then take you to another page where you’ll be asked to fill out your name and email address. Just confirm your information by email a very short time later and you’ll find that you’ll have been given a free 3 day, 2 night vacation on them, plus they’ll give you a free goal resolution tool kit and a free t-shirt too once you’ve completed their 9 question survey. It’s fast, simple and as you can see – rewarding.

I listed my resolution but I don’t see it just yet. My resolution was to kick this illness and get healthier. That’s something I really need to do, but I’m afraid that it will take a little more than resolve to fix me up.

As of right now they have 601,085 resolutions and I believe, given the name of their site 10 million Resolutions that they are hoping to eventually list 10 million resolutions. Why don’t you come up with a great resolution that you can do and post it on the site.
