Overseas properties

by Tricia

Have you ever considered purchasing investment property overseas? I’ve heard from a few people who’s families have property in places such as Spain that they rent out for parts of the year when they are not using the property.

If you have ever thought of investing in property overseas you might be interested in visiting
Compass Worldwide Property. The company has built up a good relationship with developers over the years and as a result they are able to offer extraordinary deals on a wide variety of properties.

At this time they have a number of resale properties on the Costa Del Sol that are worth looking at for their attractive pricing and possible use as vacation homes. It’s amazing actually, how many develops that they are working with. I took a look at their Worldwide Properties section and they have properties in a number of different Countries from Morocco and Spain to the Caribbean. Consider visiting the company website and browse through the various properties yourself.

Find a Hotel room in London within your budget

by Tricia

As I think I’ve mentioned before, I’m thinking of visiting London England sometime in the near future. With any luck perhaps I’ll be able to go sometime next year. I want to visit some of the famous gardens in England and spend time in London as well.

So you can imagine how delighted I was when I discovered this website that lists Hotels in London where you can find cheap rates. Lets face it the pound is about 2.5 times the value of the Canadian dollar. I need all the help I can get if I’m going to go to England and be able to see all of the things that I’d like to see. Saving money on hotels would be wonderful.

The website states that it has a database of thousands of discounted room prices from over 70 carefully selected hotels ranging in price ranges from budget to luxury. Once you find a Hotel, room and price that suits your budget you can go ahead and make your booking online right from the site. It sounds wonderful to me. I’m bookmarking this site, and when I start making plans for my trip I’ll be visiting it again to book some well priced rooms.

A vacation condo to use and rent out?

by Tricia

I was just cruising on the internet, dreaming of having a vacation home someday and I came across Cave Creek Real Estate. It’s a condo development in Arizona’s Sonora Desert and it looks like it’s going to be just lovely when it’s finished. It boosts glorious mountain views and if you like golf there are some great golf clubs just minutes away. It would be nice to get a condo like this to use as a vacation home, and perhaps to rent out for the rest of the year to travelers or business people.

I think I’ll go day dream some more …
