Gardening Tips forum created at GoBoardz

by Tricia

GoBoardz is a newish site where you can go and create your own GoBoardz Forums absolutely free of charge. GoBoardz is sponsoring this post so that I can tell you how to create your own free forum for your website.

It’s very easy actually. You just visit the site, create an account and then go to the forum set up area. Some of the things I like about the forums at GoBoardz is that users can upload photos or link to ones on other sites. Members can also have avatars to uniquely express themselves when posting on the boards. If someone creates a really good post on the board you can even save it to Del.icio.us or Digg it.

So I went ahead and created a forum for gardeners and I called it Gardening Tips. I’ve only created one category so far – General – but if you’d like to sign in and begin a topic that would be nice.

Could Powerflux be a bandage?

by Tricia

We’ve been asked by MindComet to figure out what the Interactive Agency’s Icon really means. The Icon is called Powerflux. Now I’m a nurse so my mind tends to come up with certain types of product types when I see certain shapes. I’m actually wondering if the Interactive Agency MindComet might be thinking of getting into the Health Care field? Is this possible?

BTW I mention that it could stick on wounds? I mean the area around the wounds of course.

Using a Skooter to go green

by Tricia

Do you do your part to conserve energy and lower green house gasses? Have you ever thought of using Electric Scooters to get around to places that you would normally drive your car too. Places that aren’t too far from home? You save money on gas, save some wear and tear on your car and put fewer green house gasses into the air if you used one occasionally.

Yep, I’ve been spending some time over at Urbanscooters.com looking at the wide variety of scooters that they sell. I love the new styles that they are coming out with and I think their prices are reasonable too.

Even if you choose to use on of their Gas Scooters you’d likely be being good to the world because I think the gas scooters put out far few emissions than a car would.

If you really wanted to get serious about traveling around on a scooter then their line of Motor Scooters would be the way to go. One of the motor scooters that I was looking at goes to a maximum speed of 53 mph – that’s pretty good for getting around the city or short distance drives isn’t it?

For the real enthusiast they have a line of Go Karts and Dune Buggies. They’re really cool looking. I haven’t gone go carting since I was a teenager but just looking at their Karts brings back memories.

Have any of you ever thought of using a scooter before? Or do you own one?
