The fastest way to get a home loan

by Tricia

If you’re a home owner or a soon to be home owner you might be interested in visiting the fast home loans website. The site was created in order to provide a fast way for borrowers to get loans for new or second mortgages, construction loans, home equity loans or even home improvement loans and more.

The website is very easy to use. Just fill in a form – no Social Security number required – and often within minutes you’ll have up to four offers from lenders that offer the type of loan that you are interested in. The lenders will be from your region of the Country as well, which will make it easier to deal with them in person when necessary if you choose to borrow from that company.

If you visit the site you might be interested in looking at their mortgage glossary in order to learn more about mortgage specific terms. The glossary is still being built but there is some information in it at this time. A mortgage calculator and other free tools will be added to the site soon too. This might be a website worth bookmarking.

Have you ever tried Matcha Green Tea?

by Tricia

Do you drink green tea?

I enjoy a cup of green tea every now and then, but I don’t drink it as often as I probably should. Green tea is virtually caffeine free, and it contains an antioxidant (epigallocatechin-3 gallate ( EGCG )). Antioxidants are of course beneficial to our health, and unfortunately black teas do not contain antioxidants.

I usually purchase my green tea in the grocery store, but I think I might buy some online through O-Cha.com as they sell some of the finest green tea on the market. Also, green tea has more flavor when it is kept fresh. Most of the green teas that you can purchase in grocery stores are not sealed in a way to keep them as fresh and therefore as flavorful as they should be.

O-Cha.com also sells a form of powdered green tea called Uji Matcha which I have included a picture of above. I’ve never tried green tea in this form and I’d love to compare this high quality form of Matcha to the other forms of green tea that I’ve used in the past.

I have a feeling that once I do try some of the fresh products from this Japanese tea company that I won’t be going back to the other forms I’ve purchased in the past.

To learn more about Green tea and it’s beneficial health properties visit O-Cha.com.

iSqueez calf and foot massager – heaven for tired achy feet

by Tricia

Alright. I know what I want someone to buy me as a gift. After a 12 hour shift working as a nurse in the ER, on my feet all day, often without taking a proper break? Oh yeah, I can only just imagine how wonderful the Brookstone calf and foot massager would feel.

The calf and foot massager provides and invigorating massage to your feet, ankles and calves. I’m in heaven just imagining using this after a long day on my feet. You have no idea how much my feet and sometimes knees just ache when I get home. Sometimes the only thing I can do is lie on the couch with my feet raised up on the back rest and just wait until the aching stops.

Now, if someone is really nice and buys me one as a present, I’ll be able to come home and put my tired feet and legs into this lovely machine and hopefully get some relief very quickly.

I know that a calf and foot massager probably wouldn’t be considered an appropriate accessory for the living room, but since I usually work 4 12 hour shifts in a row each week I’m pretty sure I’d keep it in the living room so that I could use it almost as soon as I get home each day. I’d be happy to sit there letting it do it’s work giving me a professional massage as I watched TV. There’s a space between the large couch and the love seat so I could probably tuck it into that area when it’s not in use.

I’m pretty much drooling here. If you know a nurse or someone who works in a profession where they are on their feet most of the day, do them a favor and get them a foot and calf massager as a gift. I’m certain they’d love you forever for your thoughtfulness.
