Get free products and cash with MutualWin

by Tricia

Now here’s an interesting and new way to earn some money while you shop for deals on the internet. MutualWin is a site that searches the internet for bargains so that it’s customers can have huge savings on products.

How would you use MutualWin? Well say you’ve come across an offer for a free product, but the only way to get the free product is to get one or more friends to sign up for the service under you. Now, not everyone is good at talking their friends into purchasing products, some find it distasteful and others just don’t know who might want such a service. Well, now you can go to MutualWin and post about the deal that you’ve found. Other interested members can sign up for such and such a service under you and you’ll get your free product and with any luck they’ll be on their way to getting a free product to when they do the same thing to get referrals under them.

You can use MutualWin with any of these types of deals- Refer a friend, referral deals, referral deal, referral bonus, referrals and get others to help you get free products or cash or whatever the referral happens to be for. Try it out. It sounds like an interesting idea.

Pro Dunk Basketball hoop

by Tricia

Have you ever thought of putting a basketball hoop up at your home? A number of people do this so that their kids have a safe place to play at home. Rather than worrying where your kids are you could just look outside and see them playing a game of one on one with a friend and not worry that they’ve wandered off somewhere.

Not to mention the fact that the kids get a little bit of exercise rather than staying indoors playing video games. I don’t have kids but if I did I’d want them outside playing for an hour or two each day, getting exercise, socializing with friends and making life long memories.

If you don’t already have a basket ball hoop or if you’ve been thinking about getting a new one you should check out the ultimate home basketball hoop. It’s called The Hoops Pro Dunk Diamond and it’s a high-end residential basketball goal system. Most basketball hoop systems only have a 4′ extension arm, but this system has an 8″ x 8′ pole, and a 5′ extension arm, plus an NCAA grade rim and backboard.

Here I am talking about kids and saying I don’t have any. My husband is the biggest kid of all and he used to have a basketball hoop at one of his former workplaces. He’d love one of these systems if we could find a place to install it. I wonder if they can be installed on the side of the house with an angled arm or something since we don’t have a garage or anything that you could attach it to. Hmmm I’ll have to think about this idea. Maybe Chris will have a fantastic birthday gift in a few months.

How’s your credit card holding up in the buying season?

by Tricia

I hope that all of my visitors had a great holiday season. I was wondering how many of you saved some of your shopping for after Christmas so you could catch some of the post Christmas sales? New Year Sales, or as we have here “Boxing Day” sales?

Are your credit cards taking a beating? Stats for the UK show that credit cards are used for the bulk of spending by consumers during the Christmas and New Year period and I wouldn’t doubt for one minute that those stats hold true for large portions of Europe and North America as well. Apparently January is also the month when the majority of new credit card applications are made. Often these applications aren’t for new cards per se, they are to transfer current balances over to new credit cards. Often ones with 0% balance transfers or low interest cards.

We had absolutely no Christmas budget this year due to my illness. We just couldn’t afford to go out and get gifts for everyone like we normally do. One benefit of this has been that our credit card, for once, did not take a beating this year. It’s nice to be able to say that.

However, if you are unlike me and you put a lot of your holiday expenses on your credit cards you might be interested in visiting the Card Guide Co, where you can compare credit cards, interest rates, and all of the various cards with rewards attached to them from air miles to Sony points.

The Card Guide is just full of information that anyone looking to get their first or their 5th credit card would find useful. As I said earlier you can compare credit cards, learn about balance transfers, and read many of their informative articles when you visit the Card Guide. Check out your options.
