Did anyone receive any garden related gifts this year?   Pruners? Garden tools, plant seeds, winter blooming bulbs or a nice houseplant? No I didn&#8217;t get anything garden related.  Actually, this year, since I haven&#8217;t been working due to my Crohn&#8217;s we decided to not get gifts for ourselves or even for our adult relatives and friends.  <\/p><!--CusAds-->\n<p>Everyone understands and we don&#8217;t mind.  After all &#8211; Christmas isn&#8217;t about the presents is it?  We&#8217;re the type of people that get things for others at any time of year &#8220;just because &#8230;&#8221;.  You know, we see something that someone we care about would like and we get it for them, and well, I guess we do the same for ourselves too.  So as long as we can afford it and it&#8217;s not breaking the budget you might say it&#8217;s Christmas all year long.<\/p>\n<!--CusAds--><p>However I would love to hear what kinds of items you got for Christmas or the holidays.  I can live vicariously through your gifts.
