I say it&#8217;s temperamental because in my zone it does fairly well through the winter, but the stems do die down to the snow line.  With winter protection it does much better and blooms earlier.<\/p>\n<p>Just Joey has a lovely scent.  One or two blooms indoors fill a room with scent.<\/p>\n<!--CusAds--><p>If you live in zone 5 or higher I recommend that you get this rose.
