I play with the &#8220;Light .012 &#8211; .053&#8221;, with great results. They honestly last longer then most and the have a great range of sound. They also allow me to slip and bend the strings with great ease. I might add that they keep tune for ages as well. <\/p>\n<div class=\"c354d1e329b235f1862b41000f5a4d18\" data-index=\"2\" style=\"float: right; margin:10px 0 10px 10px;\">\n<script type=\"text\/javascript\"><!--\r\ngoogle_ad_client = \"pub-3375789278566919\";\r\n\/* Guitar_inpost_300x250 *\/\r\ngoogle_ad_slot = \"3631424768\";\r\ngoogle_ad_width = 300;\r\ngoogle_ad_height = 250;\r\n\/\/-->\r\n<\/script>\r\n<script type=\"text\/javascript\"\r\nsrc=\"http:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/show_ads.js\">\r\n<\/script>\n<\/div>\n\n<p>The I love the sound I get on the bass end especially when I am in &#8220;open D&#8221; (DADGBE) when slapping the bottom D with my thumb on songs like &#8220;Peggy&#8217;s Kitchen Wall, BRUCE COCKBURN&#8221; and &#8220;Neon, John Mayer&#8221;. The mid&#8217;s are fantastic on &#8220;Penny for your Thoughts, Peter Frampton&#8221;.   <\/p><!--CusAds-->\n<p>I change my strings every 4-5 months and they still keep up their sound intensity, but after that my pickiness and stubborn ways would come back into the fold.
