Police who were testifying in the murder trial of David Henton, 72, in Swansea Wales this past January said they had made recordings using hidden microphones of Henton confessing to the killing of his long time domestic partner.
Henton lived alone so the lengthy confessions were apparently made to his cats to whom he spoke to frequently about a range of matters.

That is a wonderful story.

What else are cats for? Of course, I don’t confess MURDER to them… hasn’t anyone ever read that story of the cat killing it’s owner in it’s sleep by Edgar Allen Poe? No… i wouldn’t confess something like that to my cats. Perhaps just forgetting the milk at the store.
