Wordless Wednesday
I think this little dog partied a little to hard last night. It looks hungover doesn’t it? Either that or it’s collar is too tight! Maybe both …

I wanted to take a moment to wish all of my American visitors a happy Thanksgiving. I hope that you were able to spend the day with family and friends and that you had a great meal.
When I was a kid it seemed that at least once a year, usually on a special holiday like Christmas or Thanksgiving, one of our pets would manage to get into the food. One year our cat jumped up onto the counter and started to eat the turkey that was cooling!
Do any of you have stories about pets getting into or stealing food on a holiday? Or perhaps you set aside some of you feast for your pets so that they don’t try to get into the food …
It looks like these lucky dogs have their own turkey! Or maybe they are just planning to steal it?
I wonder what turkey loving cats and dogs think of this little guy?
Happy Thanksgiving!

Only in Cincinnati would they think up an event like the Turkey Bowl!
The turkey bowl is an annual outdoor event in which bowlers use frozen turkeys instead of bowling balls.
On Tuesday, contestants will try to knock down 10 pins by sliding a frozen turkey down a lane on the holiday season ice skating rink in Cincinnati’s Fountain Square.
The person with the highest score after three rounds wins $100 cash and “WKRP in Cincinnati” DVDs including the series’ famous “Turkeys Away” episode. Remember that episode? They threw live turkeys from a helicopter not knowing that they couldn’t fly!
The frozen birds used in Turkey Bowl are discarded store turkeys not intended for anyone’s table.
