My UK readers might be interested in learning about two types of credit card brought to you by Mint. Have you heard of mint credit cards?

If you haven’t you really should visit the site to learn more about them as they offer 0% interest on your balance transfers and purchases up until December 1st, 2007. Now that’s a deal.

They also offer a prepaid credit card called the Mint Gift Card that would make an ideal gift during the holidays or someone you love’s special occasion such as a birthday or anniversary. Why not let them buy something they’d really like and use with their own pre-paid credit card? I think it’s a great idea.

Living in North America I’ve only ever seen credit cards that are rectangular in shape. That’s why I found it so interesting that the bottom right hand corner of the Mint credit card has been removed. It’s an interesting looking card, and certainly would be memorable if you were to see one.
