Can’t you just hear the wolf dog whistles as this lovely super model cat is paraded by the crowd?

I’m not sure where this photo was taken. I have the feeling that it might have been at some kind of pet show, since the dogs look to be of the same breed and are sitting so obediently as that cool cat walks by. Besides … a cat on a leash? Who does that? Ok ok one of our neighbors does, but she talks to trees and telephone poles too.
