I work in a busy Toronto hospital. I used to work as a porter, but now I’ve just started a different job in the hospital. I think with my last boss I only ever got one evaluation. She was just too busy to do it.
I hated that because I know I was a good employee and it would have been nice to get some feedback from her every now and then as to how she thought I was doing. Hopefully my new boss will be a bit better about getting evaluations done in a timely manner.
