Some people sure have strange fetishes!
Take Dwight Pannell, 43, of Cincinnati for example. He was recently caught crawling under a library table at the University of Cincinnati where he then squirted liquid from a syringe onto a female students shoe. Why? Well he just wanted to try out his new camera or at least that’s what he told the police when they came to take him away!
Even police officers have fetishes it seems. Michael Curtin, 36, was removed from the Munhall, Pa., police force in February. As it turns out, he was formally charged in April with offering two under aged girls $1000 each to let him suck their toes.

People have strange fetishes but this is weird …
A man was recently sentenced in England to four years in jail for encouraging two underage girls to kick him repeatedly in the groin until he could no longer handle the pain. This took place near Bicester, England and is similar to a case in Ontario Canada.
Now that’s strange. I hope this guy gets some help while he’s in jail!
Undie theft
There’s been an undergarment thief in Fort Payne, Ala. Luckily he’s been caught and charged with property theft. Joseph Edward Reaves, 44, has been arrested after turning himself in on Wednesday. He was released from the DeKalb County Jail on a $500 bond.
He stole undergarments that had been hung outdoors in mid-December by a woman at her home. Four pairs of underwear and for bras were stolen. Reaves has now confessed to the crime and admitted that he has a problem.
He actually went to an outlet store and replaced the items that he’d stolen from the woman, wrapping the new items in Christmas wrap and left the package for the victim. He’s been arrested for similar offenses in the past.
He has a fetish for womens undergarments, particularly bras, but he’s been very cooperative.
