It seems that even pigs know how to play soccer!
These plastic pigs were set up in Germany as part of a display for Soccer Euro 2008. Apparently a A butcher’s shop installed the scene in front of its store for promotion purposes.

I found this collection of recent odd news videos and I thought you might enjoy it.
In this installation you’ll see people participating in a poop and scoop collection contest, see people pigging out on pig skins (bleh!), here about inept bank robbers, see a bride in a toilet paper wedding gown plus several more videos mostly dealing with weird foods, eating contests and of course our favorite – dumb criminals.

This weeks Theme is Fake
Metallic Beaver – just a little one.
I’m Canadian, eh. When we see a beaver we have to take a photo of it. Even if it’s fake.
We were at an outdoor art exhibition on Saturday when we came across an artist that had created metal sculptures of all kinds of animals. Moose, pigs, frogs, fish, birds and many others.
The sculptures were fantastic. I’m sure I’ll be posting more of them here.
One of the things that I really liked about the sculptures is the fact that they are made out of old metal items like the moose that’s made out of an old oil tank, or the pig that’s made out of an old propane tank. What better way to recycle?

Can you believe that some people actually live like this? What a pig sty!
Ok back when I was in college and lived with other students our place might have approached looking like this every once in a while but it wasn’t a permanent state! There’s no way I could live like that now.
