Once they realized that Montillano had signed up for the February police entrance exam they just waited for him to come in to take the test.<\/p><!--CusAds-->\n<p>When the man was arrested he had the gaul to ask if he would still be able to take the exam!!!<\/p>\n<!--CusAds--><p>I think that would be a big NO!
