The law doesn&#8217;t specify exactly what material must be used, so many dancers use the latex spray. <\/p>\n<p>A number of strip clubs have challenged the State law, reluctantly went along with the clubs rather than having a federal judge follow through on his threat to throw out the entire statue as being unconstitutional. <\/p><!--CusAds-->\n<p>Some clubs were covering dancers with latex long before the agreement was filed with the state, says Fred Patterson, who works on the Birmingham vice and narcotics squad. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;You can get it that matches your skin color,&#8221; said Patterson. &#8220;The only thing I hear from the girls is that it can be kind of irritating.&#8221;<\/p>\n<!--CusAds--><p>Don&#8217;t be surprised to hear that the State of Alabama suddenly has a rash of latex allergies.  Exposure to this highly allergenic product can bring on allergic reactions.
