Jack West of Covington police said.<\/p>\n<p>The teen was suspected of robbing a man at gunpoint and stealing another man&#8217;s car after beating him with a brick.  He&#8217;d run from police several times in the weeks leading up to his capture. <\/p><!--CusAds-->\n<p>One the day of his arrest a police officer had spotted the teen standing on a street corner and called in for back up. Then he tried to make the arrest. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;They all converged on him from different directions,&#8221; West said. &#8220;He started to run, but his low-riding pants fell down and he stumbled to his knees.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The suspect, whose name wasn&#8217;t released because of his age, has been booked on warrants for carjacking, armed robbery, two counts of aggravated battery and being a child in need of supervision. <\/p>\n<!--CusAds--><p>Sounds like that was one arrest needed to be made.
