He was apparently riding in his car with his girlfriend when he decided to stop an impolite driver.<\/p><!--CusAds-->\n<p>When a real cop later showed up the first deputy was revealed to not be a police officer nor even a he!  Rachel Otto, 21, appeared to be a man with short hair on top and shaved at the sides.
